1. Agreement
By booking a tour or rental with E-Scooter Dubrovnik Tours, you agree to these terms. Participants must be 18+ or accompanied by a legal guardian.
2. Safety
All participants must wear provided helmets and follow guide instructions. We reserve the right to end a tour if safety rules are violated.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. Weather-related cancellations by us are fully refunded or rescheduled.
4. Liability
Basic insurance is included with all tours. Participants are responsible for damage caused by negligence. Full liability details are provided at check-in.
